The commercial and acceptable-use terms for using MiniLiveChat.
These Terms and Conditions govern access to MiniLiveChat as a software service. By creating an account, embedding the widget, or inviting operators, you agree to use the platform lawfully, keep your access secure, and avoid abusive or deceptive use.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the users you invite, the websites you connect, and the content transmitted through the platform. Super admins and workspace owners are expected to maintain role-appropriate access and remove access when it is no longer needed.
Service usage
You may not use MiniLiveChat to deliver unlawful content, harvest data without consent, or misrepresent business identity. We may suspend abusive or clearly unsafe usage while investigating the underlying issue.
Billing and plan limits
Paid features, usage limits, and branding controls follow the active subscription for the workspace. If billing fails or a subscription changes, some limits or premium capabilities may be reduced according to the current plan posture.
