Our current accessibility direction and how users can enable stronger readability and keyboard support.
MiniLiveChat is being developed with an accessibility-first direction aligned with practical WCAG and EN 301 549 expectations for EU-facing SaaS products.
Current support
The product now includes skip links, clearer focus visibility, reduced-motion support, higher-contrast presentation options, larger-text settings, and keyboard-friendly navigation improvements in key operator areas.
Ongoing work
We continue to review semantic structure, contrast, interactive control clarity, and content readability across public and operator-facing screens. Some areas are still evolving, especially where new product modules are being added quickly.
