MiniLiveChat leads with one-time codes, session visibility, and safer operator access.
MiniLiveChat signs users in with short-lived email codes instead of a permanent password-first experience. After verification, a session is created and can be reviewed or revoked from the account area.
If you are troubleshooting access, check the email address used, current sessions, extra verification settings, and whether the user account is still active. Super admins can also impersonate users for diagnosis without asking for a password reset first.
