Embed the widget on your website
Use the generated site snippet, verify HTTPS, and test the real initialization flow.
Each site in MiniLiveChat has its own site_key and snippet. Copy the snippet from Sites & Widget and paste it into your website template.
Before testing, make sure the site domain you are loading from is listed as a real site domain in MiniLiveChat. If no domain exists, the onboarding checklist will stay incomplete and the widget may not initialize where you expect.
After publishing, load the site over HTTPS, open the browser console if needed, and verify the widget config request returns successfully. A healthy setup will show the greeting, create a visitor session, and allow the first message to create a conversation.
