Add teammates by email, choose the right role, and verify presence and availability.
Owners and admins should keep team access close to the actual job someone needs to do.
- Owner keeps workspace control, billing, and system-sensitive decisions.
- Admin manages operators, sites, routing, and day-to-day settings.
- Agent focuses on inbox, live visitors, and direct conversation handling.
After adding a teammate, confirm they appear in Agents & Availability, assign a department if needed, and ask them to set their status online when they are ready to answer chats.
